I lay the roll of canvas down and smear paint using my feet, stomping and spreading. I hang the roll up to draw blind contours of my face and I find this form. I repeat, drawing the form I found all over.

Two forms represent emotions, one positive, one negative. I mimic the flow of emotions onto the roll of canvas. They roll through me like waves, some are more intense, some I hold onto, some I ignore.
